Velvet Sea Slug
The Velvet Sea Slug (Chelidonura varians) is also known by several different names, including Blue Doris, Blue Velvet Headshield Slug, Blue-Lined Sandflat Slug, & Hammerhead Slug. It is not a nudibranch, although its colourations are similar to the Morose Nudibranch. It's a sea slug in the Aglajidae family and is widely distributed across the Indo-West-Pacific region.
