The Honeycomb Moray Eel is known by several names around the world, including Leopard Moray Eel, Laced Moray Eel, & Tesellate Moray Eel. These are very attractive eels, due to their pattern and colouration. They're found in many countries' seas in the Indo-Pacific region. Like most Moray Eels, they hunt at night, and hide in crevices during the day with just the front 20-40% of their bodies showing.
